CDR-Stats Version 2 released

CDR-Stats version 2 released after a long period of development and testing. CDR-Stats is a free and open source multi-tenant call data analysis and reporting system with live statistics and threat reporting. This latest version has been rebuilt to be scalable, handle millions of CDR and provide reports and searches quickly and efficiently. CDR-Stats may be considered for: – Telcos to analyse their own CDR – Displaying call data to their customers – Centralising call data from multiple PBX’s – Department heads to view their subordinate’s calls – Detecting & reporting suspicious call patterns Features include: MongoDB: Built on MongoDB, a scalable database system with many enterprise features, capable of handling massive quantities of data efficiently. Flexible Deployment: CDR-Stats can be deployed on the same hardware as the telephony server or on a separate server with multiple telephony systems feeding call data to CDR-Stats. Single & Multi-server Architecture: Can be scaled from reporting on a single PBX’s call data to a large telco running a farm of telephony servers. CDR-Stats Beta 8 Released

We have released CDR-Stats Beta 8 which includes many improvements and bug fixes. New features include a new Alert Management interface for recognising abnormal or suspect call patterns that may indicate a fault with the platform, carrier or potential fraud. Alongside this development, we have added the facility to configure an SMTP mail client so that alerts can be sent out via email. CDR-Stats v2 Beta, Ready to Test

Hi All, We have released CDR-Stats version 2 in beta. This is a ground-up rewrite of CDR-Stats and adds a number of new features: MongoDB is used by CDR-Stats to create a highly scalable database system which is designed to maintain high performance when faced with analysing large quantities of data. Single and Multi-server architectures to allow reporting on many millions of calls from multiple call data sources. Browser Responsive – The pages resize to suit any browsing device so CDR-Stats can be managed from a phone browser, tablet or computer. Alarms – Custom alarm triggers can be set for a range of conditions including average length of calls, failed calls, and unexpected destinations called. Realtime Reporting of calls in progress on supported platforms. Fraud detection – Using graphical tools helps spot patterns which may indicate suspicious or fraudulent activity. Multi-tenant System that allows CDR from multiple sources or CDR assigned to customers on the basis of account-code.
